Macro Photography Contest!
Well, it's time for photography contest #2, and the theme is macro photography! Anyone can enter!For those of you who don't know what this is or need a refresher...
"Normally the term macro photography refers to images in which the subject is presented at a ratio greater than 1 to 1, so bigger than lifesize. It could be compared to looking at a subject through a magnifying glass."

In the description/artist's comment of the picture you enter, please include "Entry for :icon michelleramey:'s (without the space) Macro Contest." It is suggested that you add me to your watch list to keep up with updates or find out if you place/get honorable mention, but it is definitely not a requirement. To enter, send me a note titled "Macro Contest" with the THUMB to your entry. If you would like to change your entry at any time throughout the contest, you may certainly do so by sending me a note titled "Entry change" with a THUMB to the current piece that you've entered, and a THUMB to the new piece you'd like to enter. If you plan to post on the contest (not the feature) forum, include "Magnify" in your post to prove you have read the rules, or you will not be accepted.

And the reason that they're all photography isn't that I was biased or anything (as I said, I chose them randomly using the handy dandy "find" tool, my watcher list, and random letters and numbers) but because the vast majority of my watchers happen to do photography.
